Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains our rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges for GCC and EU customers. Where EU consumer rules apply, we follow the 14-day right of withdrawal as required. In addition, we offer a 20-day return window for eligible items.

Return Window (GCC & EU)

You may request a return within 20 days from the delivery date, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below. For EU customers, you also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days from receiving the order (where applicable).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn & unused
• The item must be returned in the original box/packaging
• Return requests for delivered items must be submitted within the 20-day window

Defective / Wrong / Damaged Items

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our fault, we will cover all necessary costs and make it right until you are satisfied (replacement, refund, or another suitable solution). To process these cases, we require a clear video showing the issue, submitted within a maximum of 3 days from receiving the order.

In some cases as an apology, we may offer a solution where you can keep the received product while we issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Custom / Engraved Items

Custom-made or engraved products are generally non-returnable. However, if there is an issue with the delivered product (damage, defect, or incorrect item), we will still assist under the policy above.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer only.

Return Shipping Fees (Customer Responsibility)

Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our fault (damage/defect/wrong item). If your order was originally shipped with free shipping, we will still calculate the return shipping fee and the customer will need to cover it.

We can arrange a courier pickup for you. We will send the shipping company to pick up the product, and the customer will pay the pickup/return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the 20-day window (if the item is unworn/unused and returned in the original box). The customer pays all shipping fees related to the exchange. We will confirm the shipping cost by email or via support chat if you request assistance.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a 100% refundable cancellation. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will follow the return rules above.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
